'Clean and welcoming'

'Had a fantastic stay at Punthill Sunshine. The room was huge and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-furnished, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommend!'

'Good stay for just overnight, had most of what you need, except toothpaste. Toilet seat was not on properly and didnt even fit the bowl evenly. Otherthan that it was fine overall for just one night. Staff were great, very polite.'

'This hotel started by taking my CVC in breach of the PCI-DSS standards and have now, rather than refunding my security deposit, finalised the charge. If you intend to use this group, watch your back. I am not convinced of their honesty.'
