'I was staying the night after a college football game. I went to check in around 6:30-7:00 and then left to go hangout with friends. When I came back around midnight there was about 5-6 police cars and a bunch of people running around the hotel. Not sure what was happening didn’t even make it to my room. I went inside and checked out and stayed somewhere else. I will not attempt to stay here again!'

'Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was extremely dirty and had an unpleasant smell. We found spiders/bugs in the room, and the condition of the bedding and other areas was terrible. The conditions were so unacceptable that we decided not to stay and left shortly after checking in. What made the experience even more disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. Despite explaining what happened and providing documentation, the hotel...

'The room had a few things on the floor that led us to believe it hadn’t been vacuumed. The shower doors were very thick with soap scum. Lots of light coming in around the shades.'

'Was there for the weekend to move in my son into the dorms, so served its purpose. Bed was comfortable not far from campus, rooms were clean a bit outdated but again was just there overnight. Amenities were great, had a fridge, microwave, stovetop, toaster, and coffee maker. Will be staying again when we return.'

'The hotel had a over flowing dumpster in front of the rooms, box and bags on the side walk. The room was not clean, several inches of dirty water in the bath tub, flies and other insects in the room, dead flies and bugs on the floor. Needless to say we did not stay! Not a good in any way, really disappointed, expect better from this chain.'

Appreciated the extra attention to details and decor (ie floss in bathroom, blackout curtains in bedroom) and it being well lit at night. Close to town. We were in town for a wedding and glad we booked this cabin instead of a hotel room in town.'

'Lots of ROACHES and other bugs. We have videos of live ones but we can't upload a video. It was not clean at all. Long hairs in the shower, the extra blankets stunk. We left!Hopefully VRBO will make it right or we won't use them again.'
