'Perfect location, a/c was amazing. A couple of light bulbs were burnt out and didn’t find the bulbs until the morning we left. Would stay there forever if I could.'

'We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!'

'This house was perfect for our family while my son had a baseball tournament in Franklin. It was very clean and we enjoyed coming back every day after a long day on the fields to relax. It was close to everything we needed. The communication with Abigail was amazing and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We would stay there again for sure!'

'Great place. Teen kids were entertained. Cowboy pool is very warm due to metal trough but would probably feel good at night. Make sure and bring your own bath soap and shampoo. There were two trial size shampoos but would only be enough for one person and one shower. Neighborhood is quiet. Would definitely stay again :)'

'This was the most amazing and absolutely perfect place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and the host Christa was PERFECT!! So responsive and attentive to our needs!! We will definitely be back to this house for a getaway to the country!! Highly recommend this house and 12 Armadillos in general for a place to stay with a large group!! The bathroom in each of the 6 rooms downstairs was an AMAZING GAME CHANGER!! '

'This house checked all the boxes online and exceeded expectations in person. It was so inviting, the decor was beautiful without being too formal. Plenty of beds, comfy beds, kitchen fully stocked, easy to use technology and remotes for hot tub. We were a girls weekend but the house is stocked for families and/or couples. The office was so responsive when questions asked! Highly recommend! '
