'We rented this home to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday and it was perfect! The home had plenty of room & seating, and was well stocked with everything we needed! Everything was clean & instructions were clear for our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!'

'My husband and I came up to College Station to celebrate our son’s ring ceremony. We chose this property since our 84 and 83 year old parents joined us. The master bedroom and bathroom with the walk in shower was perfect for them. '

'We stayed here for one day and loved it! The house has everything you need and is super clean! The pool table was fun and if it weren't raining, the patio would have been a must do. I will suggest planning on 10-15 minutes for the closing duties to ensure you leave on time. '

'The house was comfortable, cozy and very clean! The kitchen and bathroom were well outfitted. Our family was pleased with the choice. Baby and pet friendly, comfortable for adults (We noted the secondary bathroom tub/shower combo was slippery and no grab bars. May be due to CS soft water, but suggest a non-slip tub mat or something.) We walked the dog several times, and the neighborhood was safe and friendly. The backyard was well kept with clean furniture and grill. There was a lot to keep us...

'We enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse, we were staying for our nephew's wedding at a nearby venue and had my mother, and my adult children with us 8 total...we had plenty of room and all was as listed on the VRBO listing...very convenient to all the things in College Station (University, Groceries. and Restaurants)...We will be back on our next trip to College Station...
