'The air conditioner was not operating correctly. Had to fiddle with the timer function and the clock the remote to get it to work. Reported the problem to staff but didn’t seem to be fixed.'

'The place is stunning. It has so much character, the team that worked there and at the club were lovely. Just could use some nicer toiletries. I could imagine hosting a murder mystery night there. '

'At Reception, Manager was very courteous, and loaned me a cable for battery jump start kit. The room was very well designed, bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the coffee, milk and biscuits provided'
