'Great location for floating the river at texas tubes! You have to uber to the front of the float if you don't wanna drink and drive but the end of the float is an 8 minute walk and the shuttle bus drive will actually drop you off if you don't wanna walk. Zip lines for the kids, darts, and great outdoor space! '

'The apartment was well equipped and everything was functional and located close to everything. The electricity was off in the middle of the night for about 30 minutes. Really quiet place except in the morning because of the construction also the parking lot seems on the scary side. Not many cars and full of dust, also abandoned vehicles.'

'The view was much nicer than expected. I really liked the high ceilings - it made the space feel a lot bigger. It was awesome to have a full kitchen, even though I didn't use it this time. The pool area was very nice as well. The room was clean but looked a bit tired in some areas. And while the parking instructions were incredibly detailed and were the only reason I was able to navigate it, it would still be nice to have an easier and more simple way to get in and out of the property.'

'We loved the location right above Jo’s on 2nd St.! The apartment was very spacious and had a great view from the balcony. The property is right in the mix for downtown Austin, within easy walking distance for just about any activity. We had one problem, which is the TV in the living area wouldn’t connect to wifi, which meant you couldn’t watch anything. The bedroom TV worked great, and we weren’t there to watch tv anyway. 'We rented this location for our annual Leadership Staff Retreat. There were 10 Directors and our CEO attending.This location was perfect for this type of professional meeting. The house is fantastic. The pool was clean, cool and relaxing. The location was ideal and was very easy to find. The host answered all my questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be using this location again! I would highly recommend it!'

'This was a perfect home for our family reunion! The home is stunning and the view of the lake is so serene. We enjoyed the pool during the day and the front porch for evening cocktails. The location was perfect for all that we wanted to do, from hanging out at Zilker park to day trips in the surrounding hill country. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!'

'I had an amazing stay at this location, it exceeded my expectations. It’s located close enough to downtown and yet not square in the middle of the city. I took a great walk down to a park that is a few blocks away through a very peaceful neighborhood with many food options located relatively close. I would certainly come back next time I am in Austin!'

'This is a beautiful piece of property with a country feel, minutes away from the busy city. Having access to an awesome pool and all the activities available in the large yard was perfect for the week we intended. The inside space was perfect for our group that aged from 30-70. We would definitely book this place again! '

'Our group had 8 adults, and these condos worked out perfectly for us!! We took our own Floaties, but there are some there to use. The river is right down from the condos, and you can just hang out and float! The place was super clean, and Mark (the owner) as super easy to work with. '
