'My room was very spacious and functional. Lots of hot water, TV worked fine. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The staff was very efficient and helpful. Shout out to Renee on the desk as being exceptionally helpful.
Only negative is that the WIFI was intermittent at best and very slow.'

'Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t use the pool but they have a nice indoor pool, WiFi, and the host at the front desk made me the most incredible cup of coffee when we checked in (I was exhausted and he could tell!) will definitely stay again when in the area.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had such a cozy, homey atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was well-maintained throughout our stay. We were in town visiting my husband's hometown, and this was the perfect place to stay. We'd definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in the area!'

'My sister and I booked our stay in home suite 2 by Hilton back in Jan 19 as we had a rehearsal dinner and wedding to attend in Aug 1. I also called one week ahead to confirm both booking. Arriving there, they told me that the hotel was overbooked and I need to move to next door hotel because I booked with a third party, and that my sister’s room was cancelled with no reason. 'Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room.'
