Kies je hotel in Calhoun County

'The pool was under maintenance which is the reason I rented the room for a getaway.. dirty room..crumbs and hair that were visible..'

'T.V. didn't work. After two employees tried to get the cable working, they blamed it on a malfunctioning Xfinity box. I was able to get it connected to the hotels wifi but signal was bad. We ended up watching a show on our tablet. Other than that the room was clean and the young lady that checked us out in the morning was nice.'

'I was there for a concert. It was very helpful they offered a shuttle to and from the Casino, the driver was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again.'

'This was the most disgusting hotel. Pictures do not show how dirty the place is. We ended up leaving and the staff was unhelpful'

'Rooms were clean and the bed was good. But there is hard to find a place to have a good dinner'

'Make sure their elevator works. It did not. We were there 3 nights and no one came to work on it. Carrying a lot of luggage, or having small kids, or a Sr with you, this is a huge problem!! USB plugs were not functional. The outlets were worn and loose and barely held a plug. Breakfast starting time was 45 mins late on Sunday, that’s a problem when you have an agenda to keep and planned on eating on site before your departure. The staff was friendly and apologetic. The elevator issue was...

'There were bugs in the room so we didn't want to eat breakfast there.'

'When I see the rooms I canceled directly the room and planned an other hotel. Dirty, old, defects, damaged non closing doors (frontdoor too), non smoking room smells to smoke.'

'They did not have the room I booked on Expedia available. I had booked a king size handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower. They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable.'

'The room was very clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. Would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the morning. We had to use the stairs because the elevators were down. They were a little dark and not very clean. Might have been a good idea to have someone check them out before sending guests to use them.'

'A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

'Staff was very nice. Room actually had a semblance of elegance. For a highway hotel, perfectly good.'

'It was an awful experience'
