'First, there were two ladies at the front desk, one with red hair and she was fabulous. The other one was very rude to me and my husband. It was extraordinarily loud throughout the entire night not to mention our air conditioner, wasn’t working properly and kept making a clunking sound every 20 minutes and I was told there’s nothing they can do about it and they could not move me I am a traveling nurse and I stay about once a month here and I have never experienced anything like this before very...
