'We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They even reached out by text to see if we had any questions or needs.The rooms were clean when we arrived and cleaned the next day while we were out and about. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room. However, there is a microwave next to the ice machine on each floor. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet however it does cost $15 a person. '

'The people above me had children who were up almost all night stomping around their room. Then this morning they started up again at about 8:30 am. I was there 3 nights and they did it every night for a couple of hours. Today was the first morning they did it. '

'This is great for a park and stay for your car. It should be known there is no shuttle after midnight and you are on your own… if you try to rebook alternate stays during a snow storm and don’t make it, there is a no- show fee. Upon finally arriving a “deal” was made that was more expensive than neighboring hotels with proper amenities. There was no hot water, even after running full blast for half an hour (hotel was empty), no drinking water or coffee. '
