'There were many problems at this property during the visit. The alarms were going off throughout the night, and the pool was "open" but the heater was not functioning making the water ice cold. The staff was more than accommodating and refunded the entire stay with deep apologies. '

'I was charged twice. I prepaid thru Expedia got there and was told it was just a hold so I gave them my credit card they charged me again told me that one of the charges would fall off but it did not. '
