'I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

'During our stay, we had marijuana pumping through the vent into our room. This was super disturbing and really strong. I went to the front desk and they were spraying febreeze in the air on their floor to neutralize the smell. It was so bad on our floor. They gave me febreeze to spray in our room and said I’m over it. Take it! It continued to smell in our hallway the following day. Nothing was done to compensate for this horrible experience!'

'Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is six years old but looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It took about 5-minutes to realize that the parking garage is actually a public garage next door however it looks brand new as well. My only complaint is that the coffee maker in the room makes a poor very small cup of coffee. Sadly, it a machine that you see a big celebrity being their spokesperson for.
