'Breakfast had a variety, the room was clean, other than we found a water bottle under the fold out couch when we arrived. Tv in the room stopped working, alerted staff and it was fixed very quickly! Pool area was clean. We watched the hot tub be drained, cleaned and refilled quickly. Gym area was clean, bathrooms on the lower level were spotless! '

'Had an early flight out of GRR over Thanksgiving, during a very typical winter storm the night before. Drove down to stay the evening to not have to make the two hour drive in bad weather, and was extremely surprised and impressed at our stay. This property is super clean, quiet, easily accessible and comfortable. The front desk was wonderful and very helpful. 10/10 stay, and would pick this hotel over all of the others in the area if we need to stay before or after a flight again.'

'Very cute room & boutique hotel. Check in instructions were simple. Free street parking and excellent location.. so many great bars & restaurants right in the area. Received complimentary early check in which was very nice. Bed was comfy. Would stay again… thank you! '

'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....
