'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, and I especially enjoyed watching the ducks by the pond behind the building. The hotel offers accessible rooms, which is thoughtful and inclusive. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who was incredibly attentive—they noticed my needs without being asked and kindly assisted me with printing, which was far beyond my expectations. 'Every staff we encountered were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious with a separate living area, microwave, and refrigerator. Room shows wear and tear and rusting in bathroon but overall room seemed clean. Bed was very comfortable and I loved the water pressure in the shower. Walking distance to several restaurants. Recommend the Sapporo Ramen shop. Would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.'
