'Fantastic location in walking distance to 8th street shopping.'

'It was a cute enough place to stay for the price. It really could use some TLC though.'

'Great location away from the hustle and bustle but only a short few mins drive or bike ride away from everything. Place is well kept, clean and has most everything you will need for your stay'

'Property was very clean and had every amenity you would need. The proximity to the beach and watching the Michigan sunsets was amazing. Loved the hot tub, neighborhood, and many near by activities! Will be staying here again!'

'Host was so accurate and accommodating '

'Overall a wonderful and peaceful place to stay! Thank you!'

'Room was nice and clean. Short walk to downtown.'

'This house and property are beautiful!! The beds were quite comfortable and the showers are fabulous!! There is definitely enough space in this house to have a very large family get together. My only complaint, and it’s not a big one, is that the furniture ie; couches, chairs both living room and the metal chairs are not comfortable at all. Overall though, myself and my family were extremely happy with our stay. The very open communication with the owners was a huge plus!'

'We've stayed at short-term vacation rentals all over the U.S., and honestly, this was one of the nicest we've experienced. The home is on the river, so it has a great view of the river and woods. The deck is perfect for birdwatching. Inside, it is beautifully decorated. It felt like we were staying inside the pages of Architectural Digest. It's only about 15 minutes away from Saugatuck and all the city has to offer. It felt like the host gave some thought to what guests might enjoy. In...

'Reasons this property was possibly the best rental I've stayed at.1. Actually clean. I guess this property is cleaned by a service and some inspects it afterwards. I can definitely tell because I didn't find one hair or one stain.2. Coffee maker. The coffee maker was broken, I called the office and someone brought over a new one right away. I...

'We got this Vrbo for a bachelorette trip. It was perfect for 7 girls. The hot tub was amazing. The house was clean, and beds were very comfortable. Holly is a gem. 100/10 stars. Would recommend!!!'

'We stayed at the Happy Happy Hideaway for 3 nights. The place was secluded and private, but only a couple of minutes drive to downtown Douglas and about 4 minute drive to the beach. The house was clean and provided everything needed for the stay. It has a retro feel and the decor reflects the classic vibe. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and plush pillows. The hot tub was well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay again when returning to the area.'
