'Book early during summer...we booked the last room available at the Belvedere. Great owner/place, service, cocktails and best dinner we had. Not so fortunate on the last room of choice as it was on third floor a super squeaky bed which led to an uncomfortable night sleep.

The room was comfortable and clean, and we loved being able to walk to all the shops, etc. There was reserved parking, which was very helpful. We did not have the breakfast provided each morning, but one morning we saw the food as it was being prepared and it looked really good!'

Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast had a wide selection. It was in a good area of town - quiet, safe, and within close distance to activities. We were very happy with the stay. I did hear a train in the 7AM hour every morning but the rest of my family did not. We would definitely stay here again!'

My only reasons for deducting one point is that the towels weren't supposed to be changed out except after three days.There is a small sign on the bathroom mirror at the lower left hand corner stating this. I also had the "do not disturb" door hanger out while I was away from the hotel but the room was entered anyway to...
