'Our stay at the Staybridge was wonderful! Our room was perfect! The beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was top notch. What we really enjoyed was the patio in the back. We brought our drinks out there, sat by the fire and enjoyed a girls weekend away. Also Eric at the front desk was so kind and helped us with our travels around town.'

'The room was clean but it had a smell. The fridge was frozen up, so I shut it off to defrost. We were really busy so we didn't use the water facilities, so I don't have an opinion there. Staff was friendly and fast.'

'Check in was smooth. Room was comfortable and clean. Huge shout out to ROY! He checked us in and called to make sure room was satisfactory. Later that evening when there were severe weather warnings, he called again to make sure we were okay knowing that I was apprehensive about the weather! THANKS ROY!'

'The staff were really unhelpful with the laundry facilities in more than one way. They said they didn’t have quarters for it. Then when I finally hunted down quarters- took me two days, (they suggested Meijer customer service who does not do quarters I found out - literally went to 5 diff places before someone took pity on me), I watched the same hotel staff come in and collect quarters out of the machines in front of me with a key(so they could have done that for me to help get quarters instead...

'We had a reservation and after we checked in they said they had to give us a room that did not lock. I had to argue with the lady to get her to give us a different room, she tried to say the hotel was sold out. Also our showered did not drain so we had to stand in dirty water while showering.'
