'Beds need updating, everyone in my group agreed the beds were not comfortable-sagging and stiff. Caused quite a few sore backs and hips for just one nights stay.
Also, the staff needs more help. The people there work hard and did the best they could.
It was great to have the restaurant onsite and overall nice set up.'

'The breakfast bar had a great number of variety, including fresh fruits yogurts, which was really nice. The cleanliness was top-notch. Most importantly the rooms were well soundproofed. We didn’t have to worry about hearing the guest next-door to us like you experience some other hotels.'

'Picked pay at the property so my new credit card would be in & I could get the points. We got there & I was told she already ran my card on the Expedia account before I got there. There was no warning about this when I checked out. I e been to a million properties while traveling & have always had no issue paying up front at the time of arrival. I told her at the counter I chose pay at the property for a reason & you know what…she had already started processing the remaining balance on that same...

'Overall, a great stay.
The only caveat is hitting my head on the bottom of the flatscreen TV when standing up from picking up items that were placed in front of it.
Typically there is a dresser or something under a tv, so you don't encounter those types of issues. Some odd layout of the room with the lack of a closet, etc.
Otherwise, the facilities were clean and nice.
I would recommend staying and would look to stay again if/when in the area.'
