'Our stay was on the fourth of July weekend. There was plenty of good parking and the hotel grounds were very well maintained. The room was so clean and smelled nice. Great location to get to grand rapids. Overall a wonderful stay! Laura and Tony'

'Clean Room and staff was great!'

'The room was not clean. There were cob webs in the corners and hair in the shower - GROSSSSS!!! Repairs had been made to the walls, with drywall patch not painted or finished. There were big gouges in the walls in the hallways and room showing must signs of wear that is not being taken care of. The food in breakfast was old and disgustingly greasy. The quality of the packaged food was far below acceptable, and the area was not being serviced by the looks of the counters and floor. We...

'This room was not very clean. Staff had gone through and spot cleaned but the property itself was neglected and dinghy, in need of a deep clean (dust in corners, weird smell). There were also not enough plugs in the room. The one closest to my side of the bed was too far from nightstand and would also not hold the plug in, ended up charging my phone in the bathroom.'

'Nice staff, clean rooms and I love that there's no carpet in the room. I got an accessible room with a shower chair so I was happy! Def would be back. Great value!!!'

'This place is not a hotel. It is apartments. We stayed 8 days and we got two towels. Had to pay for more. Not soap, shampoo, etc. zero amenities. Cigarette butts every where. Marijuna in the parking lot. Front and back doors don’t lock. Don’t walk away, RUN'
