'The staff were all friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. Just a decent amount of traffic noise due to the freeway and possibly from the main road. Also conveniently located close to downtown.'

'4 hours to check in. Had to wait in lobby with two young children. We had a reservation for weeks, but they had nothing available. Someone threw up in pool area and possibly in pool. All they did is run a wet mop and call it good. We did not use pool area. Would like a refund from Expedia.'

'Love it. Have stayed here both times I have been in Grand Rapids. Easy in and out access to the main road. Well maintained pool and hot tub. The rooms are quiet, can’t hear other guests. Breakfast choices rotate so if staying more than one day, you get something different.'

'We arrived a day early for a conference downtown and chose to stay here to save money versus book additional night at downtown hotel. This hotel was SO nice. Staff was friendly. I also loved that it was close to a couple stores for us to do a little shopping for things we had forgotten. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! '
