'Hotel was very nice and clean. Our was also nice and clean. Fridge was a little cold and froze all our stuff and no way of adjusting without maybe pulling the whole thing out. Also the shower you had to run for close to 5 min or more before it got hot. Still giving 5 stars cause was impressed on how cleaned and nice it was.'

'This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay...

'The staff was EXTREMELY nice, we arrived very early due to an event we were coming in for. I explained that I knew I was very early but do you happen to have any rooms available. She was able to not only get us a room but she was so sweet about it. We will definitely be staying again!'

'The property was in a convenient location to access downtown Grand Rapids & to get on or off the interstate. I only complaint we had was how cold the temperature was in the indoor pool. Other than that the staff was friendly & helpful, plus there was a good selection for breakfast.'
