'The staff was so very nice and friendly during our stay which was much appreciated.
I love that the floors in the rooms are not carpeted!! I also like that there werent heavy, drapey curtains and that the bedding was all white.
The room would be great if it were at least a little bigger but it was fine enough for the short stay and for the price. The soap and shampoo dispensers were very odd and i didnt care for those but they at least seemed hard for someone else to open/didnt have to worry...

'The hotel was awesome. The breakfast had lots of variety and very good. Coffee was great and always there. Does need powdered creamer for lobby after breakfast hours. Beds were comfy, didn’t have to worry about creepy crawlers like we did at our other hotel last year. Definitely coming back again! Free parking too!'

'This property excels in the comprehensive nature of the room, always pool area workout area and there extensive breakfast or teams traveling to the area. It’s especially useful with large parking areas good area, stretch and exercise outside but conveniently located on the beltline which is a good route in and out city 96 very convenient very well run Bravo Zulu'
'We always stay at this hotel when visiting for shows. It has always been clean and efficient. Its nice to have the bar/restaurant in the lobby. It is walkable to many restaurants and Van Andel arena.'

'My stay with my kids was great. The front desk was so welcoming and provided all the details about amenities at the start of our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool area was a hit with the kids - it has an indoor/outdoor pool. The only downside to that is you can't see one side from the other which made it really hard to keep an eye on the kids as they saw back and forth. But the area was very clean and plenty of towels were stocked. There is also a bathroom and water fountain....
