'No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. '

'I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

'During our stay, we had marijuana pumping through the vent into our room. This was super disturbing and really strong. I went to the front desk and they were spraying febreeze in the air on their floor to neutralize the smell. It was so bad on our floor. They gave me febreeze to spray in our room and said I’m over it. Take it! It continued to smell in our hallway the following day. Nothing was done to compensate for this horrible experience!'

'Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is six years old but looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It took about 5-minutes to realize that the parking garage is actually a public garage next door however it looks brand new as well. My only complaint is that the coffee maker in the room makes a poor very small cup of coffee. Sadly, it a machine that you see a big celebrity being their spokesperson for. Not a good coffee maker G.C. '

'The only thing that would've made things better would be put more than 2 coffee packets in the bedroom for a 2 night stay with 2 adults, but we are doing great if that's my only issue '

'This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay.'

'Very nice hotel in the center. Own parking garage across the hotel which is very convenient. US$ 32 per night is too expensive! Nice swimming pool and gym. Next time I will definitively stay again.'
