'Everything was very good, and the staff was very professional...'

'Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, bed comfort, AC all get 5 stars. Our only disappointment was that there was no way to stream movies or charge devices with USB cord. Staff informed us that the streaming had been down throughout the hotel for a week and the new GM was trying to have it fixed. Disappointed because we were on a girls trip and brought popcorn and a movie list. The room had outlets which included USB ports, but they were not functional. I would still stay here again as the complaints...

'This room was not very clean. Staff had gone through and spot cleaned but the property itself was neglected and dinghy, in need of a deep clean (dust in corners, weird smell). There were also not enough plugs in the room. The one closest to my side of the bed was too far from nightstand and would also not hold the plug in, ended up charging my phone in the bathroom.'

'room was dirty, lightbulb in the bathroom didn't work, the caulk around the toilet was missing. the shower had wall paper peeling off. no holders for shampoo or anything overall experience was a 2/10 and I won't be going back and staying at that location.'
