'I had an amazing experience at the Residence Inn in Grand Rapids! From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. 'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....

'Room was absolutely beautiful. It was huge and comfortably slept four into queen size beds as well as a sectional with a queen pull out bed. Bathroom was well designed, closet space was sufficient and a nice big area when you walked in to put things on a counter and place your shoes.'
