'A nice, bright (double aspect windows) apartment in a very quiet close, on the edge of Cambridge. Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box. Comfortable bed (I do hate poor mattresses) was a blessing. I'm sure that before booking it claimed to have parking, because I declined several other properties because they had no parking. However in the confirmation they stated that parking...

'The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. '

"Had a family room, pretty dirty room, and no working toilet. The receptionist handled it pretty well though by putting us into 2 2-person rooms, my compliments for that. For the rest a basic room that does what it needs to do, being a place to stopover and sleep. Cannot judge breakfast since we had that elsewhere in Cambridge, dinner looked as the regular hotel food stuff: burger, fish and chips etc "
