'This is a new hotel. Great location within walking distance to The Newport on the Levee community. Lots of food options in the area. Hot Breakfast each day. 2 restaurants. The lobby bar/grill has a sweet happy hour. DO take advantage! The rooftop bar is awesome and huge. Enough space/seating for everyone. Room was clean. Stove top and Full size fridge. Utensils/pots/pans/plates etc. Close to bus stop. Had a great time. Would definitely return'

'Hotel is prima, avondploeg was vriendelijk, maar de ochtend ploeg keek chagrijnig en wilde mij niet graag te woord staan bij vragen over ontbijt of uitchecken.. ontbijtruimte en faciliteiten zijn niet voldoende voor de capaciteit van het hotel. 1 wafelijzer en 1 toaster zorgt voor rijen van een kwartier. Er wordt ook niet tijdig aangevuld, toen ik hierom vroeg werd ik nijdig aangekeken. Kamer was zeer ruim en schoon, prachtig uitzicht op het ballpark was fantastisch. Bedden waren wel wat...

'The staff were more than accommodating letting us check in early and worked with us on a couple concerns. First concern: lots of construction going on, dead bolt on door not in working order, and bathroom door slides with no latch or lock. Second concern: bedding was significantly stained. The GM offered to refund our stay if we chose to leave and bedding was promptly changed to clean linens. Ultimately, we stayed and had a comfortable stay with hot coffee in the morning!'

'If you want secluding, comfy, quiet, and all around great place to be then this is the place. Well stocked for the 13 people we had stay with enough hot water to go around. Lisa was very prompt on replies and was an absolute sweetheart. Would recommend this place to anyone. Very nice getaway!!!'

'Place was ok. A few of the photos didn't match the current property (no toaster, no curtain/shades on a set of windows in a bedroom.) Also had some wifi issues (chatting with the first number that texted us didn't resolve it which was weird, so found another number and texted that and it was resolved.) But do appreciate that it was resolved by the second person.'
