'My stay has been blighted with a manager saying she has not been paid although I paid in September 2024. This is most infuriating and spoilt my experience. Please help!! My impression of stayz is severely diminished.'

'We booked this on the day when plans had to change, and were so glad we did! Cape Agulhas is a lovely place, so geographically significant, and South Point was the perfect place to enjoy it from! Beverley greeted us very warmly and you could tell she took a real pride in ensuring that the property was optimally presented. 'Beautiful surroundings, quiet and private. Clean and well furnished, kitchen well done. The locking of the gate at 6 was a surprise to us and it would be nice to mention it or highlight this, phoning to say we are running 30 min late we did not get an option….very stressful on that road. Arriving we realised that the gate was manned and could have been opened for us 😟 The restaurant is very pricy, would be popular if there could be some cheaper family options. The brain area lovely on a perfect...

'Even though the weather was less than warm and welcoming, the owners were not. They were absolutely friendly and extremely helpful in every regard. The accommodation site was beautiful, very functional and very comfortable. The shopping centre is within walking distance and so are the beach and harbour. We hope to visit soon again, perhaps during summer to explore in better weather conditions'
