'We drove 4 hours and upon check in they informed us the water park was NOT included in stay. The room was filthy ( bathtub had hairs in it, toilet was dirty, and the bed sheets were stained). Our room key was assigned to other guests whom walked into our room while we were still inside. Every guest we encountered told us to not waste money on the water park- it’s filthy and water heaters are always broken. 'Best location ever! Very clean hotel, they gave my kids cookies at check in. Limited parking at the actual property, I arrived five minutes before check in and got the last spot. Overflow parking is a block away. So if you have kids or are traveling without your co parent, plan accordingly because that could have sucked for me. Staff was really so nice though. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. '
