'We had such a great time at Waterfront Mansion with hot-tub & Pool by RedAwning and enjoyed our visit to Pocono so much. The house fit our group perfectly. It was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything needed for flawlessly spending a weekend. So many activities inside of the house! The view is amazing, right on the beautiful lake. It was really pleasant to go kayaking even in November. Evgeny is a great property manager and was very easy to communicate with. Will be glad to come back...

'Both floors Ac didn’t work properly and kitchen ceiling leaking constantly from upstairs bathrooms and part of ceiling dropped in kitchen , hot tub didn’t heat, kitchen sink leaking, stained couches , floor not cleaned Overall poorly maintained property but the service was okay, they did come drop off an ac unit for the bottom floor but overall we are not satisfied at all'

'Very disappointed upon arrival to see the condition of the house. We left after only being there for an hour and were forced to stay in a hotel. The Host was not cooperative when messaging and claimed that the cleaning crew did not do a good job. We have asked for a full refund multiple times and the host has not responded. Unacceptable Examples The whole house had a distinct odor Trash can full of filth Floors we covered in grime and sticky film throughout Counter tops greasy Bugs/Flies...

'We had a great time! The house is absolutely stunning and has lots of space and activities for everyone. My family and I had a small get together for a birthday party and everything was perfect.The only problem we faced was during check-in, we were not sent the code and had a bit of trouble contacting the host. Thankfully we were able to get in after a bit.'
