'We loved Sundance Beach House. The house was equipped with everything necessary to facilitate a pleasant holiday. Sundance is located on a beautiful, white sand beach. You cannot beat the location. Check in and out was easy and Leslie, the property manager, was lovely and kept us aware of the power cuts that the island was experiencing. All in all we had a great vacation and would love to return. '

'Comfortable home with terrific outdoor spaces and private beaches. Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. Cat was a joy to communicate with and Debby and Tinny were extremely responsive. Really enjoyed our stay!'

'The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However, the listing was a bit misleading—only one bedroom and the bunkhouse were accessible, not the three bedrooms and baths advertised. There was no access to a washer/dryer, and the upstairs shower had very low water pressure. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom also lacked window coverings, which made privacy an issue. That said, the host was responsive and assured us these concerns would be addressed with the property manager.'

'Bay Breeze was everything we hoped for—and more.From the moment we arrived, our host Julius went above and beyond, he was amazing. When the rental car company didn’t have our vehicle, I messaged Julius —and within minutes he replied, “I’ll be right there.” True to his word, he showed up, drove us to an alternate car rental, and made sure we got exactly what we needed.The home itself is beautiful—spacious, spotless, comfortable, well-decorated, well stocked, and located on a calm, stunning beach....

'It was simply amazing. A rustic, no-key turn key suite which was more than comfortable and clean. If you do not like dogs, this may not be the resort for you as the owners keep them. Beautiful beach. The only drawback was the toilet area which was too small for my husband so I would not suggest it for anyone over 200 lbs. Apart from that it was quite comfortable with a rustic feel surrounded by natural vegetation away from the road.'

'One of the most beautiful places ever. Bring long sleeves and pants if you are someone who is irritates by sand fly bites-- regular deet wont cut it! Meal there was lovely-- perfect spot!!'

'Amanda’s place was the perfect stay for our multigenerational family. It is so beautiful and peaceful. The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. We spent hours swimming, strolling, and looking for conch and starfish. The night sky is dazzling with no pollution and more stars than you can imagine. The house is spacious, airy and very comfortable. We will be back!'

'Rainer’s property on Cat Island is an excellent home on an unpopulated stretch of beach. Coordination was thorough and thoughtful, and Lana (the house manager) really set us up well for the week. The home itself is very well-appointed. My family rented both apartments and stayed for a week during Christmas. The rooms and kitchens were clean and comfortable, and everything worked well. It was definitely the nicest house I’ve stayed in on Cat Island. The wifi was spotty at best, but you don’t go...

'A single sub-divided room bathroom unit, not a cottage. Not in the same house as pictured. No "guest kitchen" access. Property not maintained or readied to be habitable at this time. Faucet and lights non-functional.'

'We had stayed at Shanna's Cove next door in the past. This house was perfect for a family of 4. We had the best beach and access to Shanna's Cove resort for dinner all week. It truly was the best of both worlds. Patti was great and was quick to respond. Would love to come back next year.'

'If you are looking for a beautiful, serene getaway this is it! The property is exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds, bright big bathroom, full kitchen for all your cooking / bbq needs, plus Marianna had many extras waiting for us on arrival such as coffee/tea, snacks, bottles of water and cold bubbly! Marianna (host) was great with all communication and answered any questions that we had. She arranged a contact to pick us up for the airport (close by), help us grab some groceries and...

'We had the most wonderful stay at Kathleens villa! There has been so much attention to every detail of this home. We slept with the doors open protected by the screened porch! It was wonderful to hear the waves all day and night. We can hardly wait to return to this fabulous villa!!!!! '
