'Check in and interaction with the property manager was easy, timely, and clear. The property was all it was advertised to be and more. Our family (us plus our 6 college-aged kids and one high schooler) had plenty of room for hanging out, cooking, eating and enjoying water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming in the pool). 'Our stay was perfect from the minute we made our reservation the sad walk to the plane while leaving. The host was very responsive to any and all questions that we had prior to arriving and while we stayed. The place is absolutely beautiful and 100% as advertised. 'Our family vacation at this property was amazing. Communication with Bianca and Della was stellar! They were very responsive and went above and beyond. Della was very kind to offer suggestions on local restaurants and places to visit.Location is ideal. We walked to the beach beside Sandals (10 minutes) and lots of restaurants are within walking distance. A grocery store is not too far away as well. "Money got stolen from my safe! Overal room was kinda outdated, the bathtub was plugged. There was litteraly 2 nice people from all the staff, the lady at front desk atleast gave me 100 dollar discount for the inconveniance. Overal the crimes in Bahamas are very high , i felt unsafe unfortunally. "
