'Stayed for 10 days with my family. It was easy to find located right on the beach. Stunning beach and view. We loved the screened in porch. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. Freshwater picket right out front to wash the sand...

'I really enjoyed my stay at Suffolk Court. The condo was pristine. The property was nice and clean, well taken care of. Everything myself and my family needed was there, the beds were very comfortable, the patio was a delight-right on the canal- great view. 'Wow! What an amazing place. We had a party of 6 and came to fish for the week. It was nice to be able to pull the boat right to the dock and have a workstation there to clean and rinse the day's catch. It was a great location to hit the ocean through the short canal. We didn't have to go far to dive for lobster, conch, and fish for various species. The house is spacious and gives everyone their own little space if needed and makes cooking/grilling nice to have everyone move about and not on top...

'The owner/host of property, Lisa, was phenomenal. She was extremely timely in responding to our questions and very informative and helpful to surrounding attractions and recommendations for fishing, dining, and entertainment. The pool house/area was definitely our favorite part of the stay for us! The host made sure to cover all the bases on entertaining clients!'

'The property was sufficient for my purposes. However, the pictures are not accurate as far as the view of the ocean. When you look directly outside you are looking at another condo. You have to step outside on the balcony and then look over to the left in order to see the ocean. ... So people wanting a true ocean view This would not be the property for that. The communication with the owner was delayed most of the time. Also, it would have been good to know that once you renewed your stay there...

'Looks exactly like the pictures! Bryan provided easy to follow directions, great communications. Would not hesitate to book again. '

'Hosts were great, very helpful and communication was very responsive and helpful. Location is central and easy cab ride or beach walk to other attractions, restaurants, etc. Staff was very friendly. Pool was nice. Restaurant at the property was very good only played music pretty loud each night so hard to hang out at night unless you could deal with the music. Overall would definitely recommend for price, location, accommodations and ease of navigating and great hosts. '

'I cannot say enough good things about this house. We really enjoyed staying on the property. It is extremely clean and has everything you need. The view and location is spectacular. Shakera, Michelle and Jenna were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend. We hope to be back someday.'

'If you want to be on the beach and pay for it then this is the place for you. Other than the view it does not have much going for it. The furniture is old and dated, there was no where to sit on the balcony except for the wooden splintered picnic table. The locals we met were great and it was a very quiet community. Make sure you bring everything you need with you such as soap, shampoos t.p etc as very little if any are provided. The kitchen is really really small but it did have a good amount...

'I have had a wonderful stay in Freeport, the weather has been fantastic and the beaches are second to none! Miss Kay and Sarah have been exceptional hosts and very helpful in every way to guide you to anything you’re interested in doing. The grounds are lovely and the cottage is very comfortable and clean with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful place! As a solo traveller I have found the Island to be very safe and the people very friendly! Great experience over all. Barb Lawson'

'I would definitely recommend staying at this unit! The condo was clean and very well stocked with all the things you need for an amazing beach vacation. The common areas and gardens are beautifully maintained. The pool was fantastic. Make sure to go to La Roc (restaurant on premises) for great food, drinks and live music. '
