'Legacy Beach Suites is new construction with several 2nd floor, 1b/1b units guest-ready. The first floor multi bedroom units are currently being completed. Owners live onsite and are very responsive, helpful, friendly, and just plain nice! The 1b/1b unit onsists of a front main room with living space and kitchen, followed by a bathroom, then the bedroom with spacious closet in the back. The kitchen is equipped with cooking and eating essentials (pots, pans, cups, plates utensils, etc.) as well...

'We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is beautiful, it’s very quiet (I think we lucked out because there are two homes quite close). The home is nice and clean - very comfortable bed, plenty of towels (for beach too). Very spacious, nice shower. The negatives were - it’s quite a drive to get to Georgetown (45 min drive at least), there are several steps to get in the front door and several to get down to the beach, the kitchen could use some additional items as cooking is required as there...

'We can’t say enough amazing things about our stay! Jack sent us so many lists of things to do before our trip! He was always very quick to answer and respond to any questions or concerns we had. Kay was there to great us and show us around. We used the dock, patio, kayaks daily. We cooked all of our meals with the exception of 2 meals. Kitchen is well stocked.
