'Bed was comfy. In the shower there was conditioner in the shampoo so I couldn’t shampoo my hair. The body was pump was totally broken. I told the guy at the front desk and he had ear buds in and he just stared at me and didn’t write it down. Who knows if he even heard what I said. I think $50 is way too high for a pet. I say lower your prices and get a deposit then when everything is fine you give it back. Our dog is completely potty trained and clean. Why so expensive?'

'It was our last night of traveling for 17 days, and the bed was great , very comfortable. We still had a 10 hour drive home in the morning so unfortunately we didn't have time for breakfast this time .'

'OK for one night. Large room and close to the Chikamauga battlefield. Good also for visiting Lookout Mountain. Hotel is a bit older,but room was clean. Breakfast was rather poor.'

'The room was clean, fairly comfortable bed. Fine for exhausted travelers needing a few hours of rest. Pool was not in working order. Did not have breakfast at the hotel- looked like some cereal and breakfast muffins would have been available.'

'Nasty. Everything smells like pee and smoke. sent to a used room then changed to a stained and smelly room. Feels unsafe. Honestly feels like a crack den.'

'AC couldn't keep room cool. It was so humid they brought a dehumidifier in our room. They key cards would deactivate and we had to go get them re activated 4 times. The card readers on the outside doors and the door to the pool didnt work because the batteries were dead. We couldn't get into the pool because the staff didnt have a regular key to the door. Once someone broke into the pool door, they used towels to keep the door from shutting'

'Our daughter goes to camp in Mentone. This cabin was a perfect place to stay the night before “drop off”. Very helpful staff and super clean!!! My only hesitation in writing this review is I don’t want too many people to find this letter gem (wink wink)'

'House and location as described, large. Yard showed that other dog owner renters did not clean up properly. Rental management co fellow is available for questions, but asked us to tell him in case we decided to leave early due to weather (which we ended up doing), just so he could get it cleaned immediately. Since no partial refund was offered, I found it annoying to be asked to report in.'
