'This resort is a perfect place to relax from busy work. Beautiful scenery in the mountains straight from the swimming pool. Good restaurants and friendly staff. Clean rooms and good SPA.'

'De kamer was ruim en schoon. Het motel ervoor belemmert voor een deel het uitzicht op de lookoutmountain aan de voorkant maar is toch te zien vanuit motel. Ik heb lekker gezwommen in t zwembad dat redelijk van grootte is. De bezienswaardigheden van Chattanooga, zoals Ruby Falls en Rock City zijn heel dichtbij Kortom best wel een aanrader.'

'We stayed one night at General Bragg Inn & Suites and the next morning we found live cockroaches on the bathroom vanity, on the walls and floors. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Definitely will not recommend!'

'This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. '

'New, nice, clean. Beautiful (but small) outdoor pool with superb view and indoor pool. Restaurants and brand new Walmart nearby. Good breakfast.'

'The repair of the room was not good. Our room door was jacked, we could see light around the entire perimeter and the folding security latch was loosely hanging by two screws. Not the best!'

'The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and...

'Very clean. Very polite staff. I only stay here when in the area. There is a pool but it isn't open. Could be just because it's early in the year. I didn't ask. But definitely worth the stay!'

'We only stayed one evening as the bed was broken, soap dispenser was broken, toilet paper holder was broken and freezer in fridge was filled with ice and not able to be used until defrosted. Contacted property and they offered to move us to a new room. Checked new room and bed was also broken in there. Advised them it is not safe to stay on their property and they offered us our original room back which made us leave and not come back. They did not offer a refund of any kind, only to move to...

'If Very friendly Morning Staff and cleaning crew are super nice (night shift receptionist is not approachable/helpful), clean breakfast and welcome area, clean room,(pool looks dirty though) walking distance to fast food is a plus specially when traveling with children'
