'Excellent experience from the moment you arrive. The resort was quiet and beautiful. High quality rooms. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. We lost a phone during one of the days there and before we noticed it was missing, the staff had found it and was contacting us about delivering it back to us. Also just a little thing like having a free minibar is a nice plus for the overall experience. The location of the resort is also very good and relatively close to most attractions in the area....

'This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

'ホテルは古いですが、綺麗にしており雰囲気はレジャーらしくて良いですね。ストリートビューで見るとエントランスはショボいですが、山の斜面にバンガローのように部屋が点在していて意外と広いです。その中でも予約した部屋は最高のビューでした。上下2部屋と屋上テラスのセットの建物が入り組んで建っているので場合によっては部屋のビューはありません。ただし、どの部屋も屋上に上がれば素敵なビューを、楽しめます。今回はフィリピンの有名観光地の上に休暇週間ということでなかなか希望通りのホテルと部屋が見つからせんでした。せっかくの絶景ポイントなので景色を優先的に考えていたので、尚難しかったたのですが、訪問の数日前に見つけました。カップル利用のつもりがシングルベッドのツインというのが気になりましたが景色優先で予約しました。'

'The property is about 20 mins drive to Tagaytay which is not too bad considering that a hotel stay in Tagaytay is just for a place to sleep after spending time roaming around the city. With the reasonable price this place is a good find. We took a room that sleeps 7 with a private room, so we have a plenty of room for 5. Staff is very helpful and accommodating as well.'
