'Stayed for few days in Astoria 2 BR suite with family. The suite is quite spacious and comfortable and clean. The entire staff were all very courteous and welcoming. SPECIAL THANKS to the hotel manager MS. BON for quickly resolving the booking misunderstanding with Expedia. She truly heard and promptly resolved our concern and even gave us rice cake “bibingka” on our last day! Will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends! '

When we usually visit Metro Manila, we always stay in Ortigas area but haven't considered this hotel before. From now on, this hotel will be in my list. They also offer free baggage storage if you have back to back bookings with them which I didn't know was available as I booked other hotels with this trip.'

There's a 7-11and mini shop just beside in case you need something, shopping mall is on walking distance. The gym is really good equipped. Rooms are clean, and kitchen is smart build, really nice, laundry facilities are in building with new machines. Breakfast was hit or miss. 'We absolutely loved staying here, the view overlooking Taal was breathtaking, both at bedtime and upon waking. 'Friendly lobby staff. The dive center was helpful. Tried to eat at restaurant, ended up going to nearby places as didn’t like the restaurant service. The lace was busy. One server told us we can use one of the tables once the cleaned it as prior diners just left. But then another server came in and put a reserved sign on the table. There was no coordination among servers and I hear some other people comping on the wait to get food so we didn’t want to wait for a table and went somewhere else....

'Excellent experience from the moment you arrive. The resort was quiet and beautiful. High quality rooms. The staff is very helpful and hospitable. We lost a phone during one of the days there and before we noticed it was missing, the staff had found it and was contacting us about delivering it back to us. Also just a little thing like having a free minibar is a nice plus for the overall experience. The location of the resort is also very good and relatively close to most attractions in the area....
