'An absolutely beautiful hotel and the residence rooms are large and beautifully laid out. We arrived in Manila very early in the morning and knew that we wouldn’t be able to check in until 4 pm but we decided to drop off our bags at the hotel so that we could explore the city a bit. The front desk staff were so kind and accommodating. They made every effort to get us into a room sooner. I wasn’t feeling well for a few days due to the heat and jet lag.
