'We had a wonderful time here. All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Even though the beach was closed for renovations, we had a wonderful time using the alternative set up at Jack’s. It was a great vacation.'

'The Staff & Timeshare Pitch
The hospitality here was highly disappointing. Upon arrival, instead of a warm welcome, we were immediately pressured into a timeshare presentation. The front desk staff lacked enthusiasm, appeared indifferent, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. To make matters worse, their lack of flexibility ruined our plans. We attended their two-hour presentation, but because we were running just 10 minutes late for the complimentary excursion they...

'Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance from the gorgeous 7 miles beach and restaurants. The restaurant downstairs the hotel has awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ice cream shop downstairs is amazing reminds me of ice cream back home in Jamaica. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful.'
