'Een nieuw hotel vlakbij een groot winkelcentrum op loopafstand. Het personeel moet nog wel het e.e.a. leren maar zijn zeer vriendelijk. Ik had een kamer op de begane grond. Ruim en comfortabel met een goede badkamer. Ik kom hier zeker terug. '

'We stayed here for 4 nights, and this is our second stay at the hotel and this is the only hotel in Lusaka we would stay in. We stayed in the double room with separate kitchen and lounge and is well worth the additional cost. The room is spacious very clean and has everything you need for a stay. The kitchen has the basics to allow you to prepare food, but you do have to ask if you want knives as they are not left in the draws. The kitchen comes with a microwave / oven, fridge freezer, washing...

'Ik vond het een heerlijk verblijf ook voor een vrouw alleen. Je zit mooi in het centrum en als je wilt dan helpen ze je over al mee ze begeleiden je zelfs mee naar de winkels(vond ik zelf niet zo nodig)'

'The Grand Palace Hotel is not a bad hotel. But it does not stand up to the high quality that is promised in the adds and on the website. Main problem is that in the details the cleanliness could and should be better: especially the joints between the tiles. And wow: does it take long before the water in the shower becomes comfortable...'
