'This was our fifth year of staying on Isle of Palms and renting a house on Ocean Blvd. This house was perfect and fit our group's needs so well. 'This house has absolutely everything you could need for a short getaway to fun folly beach. It's well equipped with top appliances. It was impeccably clean and the furniture was cozy and comfortable. Sitting outside in the shade of the beautiful trees was a dream. And the best part of this house was the location. We are a young couple, and took a couple days to refresh away from the kids and really treasured being able to walk to every bar and restaurant to soak in the vibe of Folly. At night...

'Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. '

'The unit was a little dated but well appointed and very clean. The location is just outside the main Kiawah gate so it is easily accessible but also comes with a pass to get onto Kiawah. It is right down the street from a public beach access. '

'I was charged for damage that absolutely was not there when we checked out. I suppose in the future I need to take a video walk through before I check out. The master bedroom had protective edging on a corner wall that would repeatedly fall off. I would simply place it back on the corner using the baseboard as leverage. 'The property was peaceful for 2 or 14 as we had. You can be alone with space you want or you can have your family/group close but never crowded. We gather around the kitchen, it also has space for much more.'

From the welcome bag to the laundry detergent, beach towels, kitchen gadgets and zip lock bags, Lynn has thought of everything to make a vacation memorable. I highly recommend staying here and will gladly come back!!'
