Upon arrival it was hard to figure out how to turn the heat on and the host gave us the wrong password for WiFi but we find the correct one on the WiFi box. We could have used directions for the heat the first night but they had an extra comforter and we eventually googled how to use the A/C heat. 'We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! 'Good overall stay- the property was brand new and they seemed to be still working out a few things. The community was nice and the house was clean. The A/C was portable units duct taped into the windows that were loud. We had ants in the kitchen that ruined our breakfast plans, but the staff did drop off ant bait when I reported it. '

'We visited this property last year for a rare kid-free getaway and decided to make it an annual trip. It was just as great as I remembered! The location is incredibly private and quiet. The “extras” were amazing, from fresh homegrown blueberries left in the refrigerator by the hosts to shampoos, conditioners, body wash …full containers in every bathroom and lots of pool towels.
