'My family of 9 stayed here for our vacation to Nashville. It was great to not be right in the city and the house has so much space and beds! The pool table was a blast and the porch was nice. Would definitely recommend to a large group. It was overall clean with plenty of bedding and towels.'

'We bought our family tickets to a concert in Nashville and needed a place for all of us and 2 pets. The place was a little off the beaten path, but I was aware when booking and we loved having the peaceful location. It is also closer than you would think to some really good restaurants and shopping. 'This home was total perfection for our combined family- me, my husband and our 7yr old twins; and my older brother, his wife, teen son and 2 grown adult sons. 'Overall the property was good. There was some minor damage done by some of the previous guests which made it slightly less than perfect. The furniture on the lower patio was mildewed so we weren't able to use it. Also, we were not allowed to open the garage door which was advertised as something to help bring the outdoors inside. Now for the good - we loved the layout of the house and the location. We will definitely be staying again and do recommend it for others.'

'We had a great time at the house when it was time to relax for the night. Kitchen needs a few more items but nothing that a Walmart trip didn’t fix for us! Would LOVE to stay again. Enough space for all 10 of us.. bathrooms clean and updated .. use of washer and dryer was great too!! '

"Like most modern Am. hotels the environment is unattractive. However, the rooms arelovely and spacious. There is a nice shop and good restaurant, friendly service, etc. Over all our best and most price-worthy fascility in the USA until now. "

"Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "

"The room was clean and the beds were amazing! The location could not been better. Breakfast was ok. Only thing that was a bit too bad was that we were at the end of a long hallway and it was late in the afternoon before they came to clean our room. Like around 5:00 pm, but most of the days we would be there to get ready for dinner so super inconvenient…"
