'I was traveling on a motorcycle and had to stop before getting to the hotel due to a violent downpour with wind and lightning. The storm lasted for hours. As soon as I could safely stop the hotel was contacted. They refused to cancel the reservation and charged me for the room. This was in the afternoon. This lack of consideration by the hotel was unreasonable under extremely unsafe conditions. I do not recommend this hotel. If they are unreasonable with a customer under these circumstances,...

Cleaned them myself cause the AC was not as cool as it should be. Rugs were not very clean. Bathroom tub was not very clean either. Hotel needs major updating. Won’t be staying there again.'

'Don't waste your money. The main dock is closed and it’s in the middle of nowhere. Couldn’t find the game room that was advertised and it was overpriced for what it was. Our appliances did not work due to the only outlet near being dead. The fridge was also leaking. Bathrooms need cleaning as well. We found mold in the AC and the door deadbolt didn’t work. If everything was working and it was clean, it might be worth closer to what it was priced. Also, service feeds add like 40 to the original...
