'All I can say is WOW! I have been coming to Kiawah for 30 years with my family and now I get to come with my toddler! This is the perfect location if you are looking to be central to everything on Kiawah! It is literally a one minute walk to the beach, about five minutes or so from the nest and Night Heron (that has nightly activities during the summer months for children) and maybe a 10 minute walk from the sanctuary! Besides all the added amenities from the community (pool, easy and close beach access, pickleball courts, bike racks all around the property, bike rental available and more), the condo has all you need.
