Kies je hotel in Clay County

'Our entire experience was wonderful!'

'Good'

'While it doesn't offer amenities, other than cable tv, WIFI, picnic tables, and grills, this little gem of a motel is very convenient for us while visiting our family in this tiny town. We are so glad the property was purchased and remodeled after years of being derelict.'

'Super nice staff especially Curry.Love the isolation from outside noise.'

'Great property!!! My kids came for the weekend and it was perfect!'

'Very clean and beautiful property. Jack was amazing through the whole process. He was there anytime you needed him. This place is an amazing treasure tucked away in the heartland of Alabama. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!'

'The view was amazing, We could sit on that back porch for days, very nice!'

'beautiful property. loft upstairs was very small and low for people to use. very clean'

'We had a uninvited guest, just wish the owner would’ve responded to my text message '

'This place and the host are absolutely wonderful! I’ve never had such an amazing experience as saying at Shady Oaks. Thank you again for the snacks, water, and wonderful note along with making sure we had everything we needed during the hurricane. Our family loved every aspect and felt like home in the beautiful peaceful environment. I hope to come back again and visit!'

'Memorable stay in this historic place! Would definitely book again!'

'A rustic getaway with clean sheets on a great property. Exactly what I needed! '

'Great getaway. Really relaxing.'

'This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The property is filthy and dilapidated. The sink water smells like a swamp and we couldn't use it to cook or wash, there were bugs everywhere, including the cabinets, there was rodent poop with the pans, the wifi didn't work, the owners didn't respond at all to my multiple texts. We had to leave early and get a hotel. Stay away from this place.'

'Never been Glamping before and didn't know what to expect but we were happily delighted. Queen size very comfortable bed with AC and heat. Also electrical outlets. Nice little deck with chairs. Had to walk to community bath house but it was very clean and nice and private toilet stalls and showers. Would do it again and highly recommend this Glamp site.'

'Paige was a fantastic host. The property was clean, well stocked with necessities, and exactly as described. The train does run at night, but it is tolerable and infrequent. We will definitely be back!'
