'Residences are a little outside of downtown but quiet and comfortable, and near to a lot of attractions in any direction. Having a kitchen is perfect for families who spend the days hiking or in outdoor activities and want a quiet place to eat and relax in the evening. Firepit was a bonus for winding down and sharing stories.'

'Wonderful vacation spot. The apartment was large, clean, close to the lake. Perfect spot to walk around the lake, walk to shops and restaurants and coffee spots. Right across from Olympic rinks and museum. The kitchen was well stocked and having access to laundry room was great. Driving to hiking trailheads was easy and quick from this location '

'Loved our stay here, close to everything and we even got a little fishing in on our trip. Only negative is that since I am allergic to dogs and with them being as pet friendly as they are (I didn't see this when booking), I had some issues with my face swelling after sleeping in the bed. Some of the carpets also smelled like animal urine... but other than that, we absolutely loved it here. '

'Amazing 3-night stay! The A-frame is perfect- decorated beautifully and so cozy & comfortable with everything we needed. Mornings and evenings by the fire were wonderfully relaxing and there is nothing like an outdoor shower. It’s also perfectly situated between Keene Valley (which will always have my heart) and Lake Placid (and my favorite stretch of route 73 by Upper and Lower Cascade Lakes). This trip was just me & my 13 year old - we had a lowkey time jumping in Chapel Pond, driving up...

'Lovely cabin with everything you could possibly need -- well stocked. On acres with trails mowed and maintained. Very lovely. A few minutes from Malone if you want to visit the Almanzo Wilder Homestead. Would definitely book again.'

'Large, very family friendly accomodations. We arrived on a very hot day and the air conditioners and fans were going full blast and it was so comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy. The view was spectacular. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own food. The host left coffee and bottled water for us, which was appreciated. It is quite dated but for us that was part of the charm. We enjoyed the game room and board games.'

'Beautiful property and it was just what we needed to relax with the family for the weekend. The view of the lake was amazing! I just wish there was another ac unit in the 2nd bedroom it was hot and humid at night. But we stuck it out. I had no idea there was no soaps in the bathroom we made a trip to the small stores locally. But it had everything we needed for the amount of time. We left some wood for the next guest to enjoy as there was none there. '
