'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '

'Vriendelijke mensen. Schonen kamers'

'Staff needs to have more good customer service'

'The staff was amazing. However the housekeeping staff was short handed. Had to request for our room to be cleaned several days.'
