My problem was bc I was on 2nd floor I took the stairs (the stairs by elevators) and once you get halfway up the stairs near the 2nd floor stairwell, it smells like straight URINE! It was nasty. Like someone legitimately peed in the stairwell. It was disgusting'

The hotel was in a great location, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The only issue we experienced was with the toilet, but the staff responded quickly and were very helpful in resolving the problem. Their excellent customer service made a big difference.
