'Staff didn't fulfill promises and do what they said they would do, they weren't prepared to supply the needs of the facility, and we didn't experience a lot of friendliness. We should have stayed at a cheaper hotel for we paid extra for that stay and got what we would expect from a "cheap" motel'

'We had trouble opening our door when we first arrived, and it continued to get jammed occasionally during our night stay. Additionally, the toilet kept running and spraying water everywhere. Fortunately, I knew how to fix that, but not after using up all the towels in the room (only had 2). We had to keep the lid off of the back of the toilet tank in order to manually flush it every time. 'When we first arrived there was only one check-in person w a line of people checking in and some one trying to purchase a sundry item. The first room they gave us had a broken air conditioner and food and drinks that was left in the refrigerator. We had to pack up to move down the hot humid hallway but at the least the room was cool and clean. The rooms are definitely dated. I definitely expected more from a Hampton Inn and now owned by Hilton. This felt like a budget hotel.'

'Front entrance is good as most hotels are. Rooms have paint and ceiling falling, mold in shower, mold on walls by sink, electrical plugs are extremely old and worn out. They barley hold anything in them. Electrical covers missing from plugs which is a risk of kids or someone electrocuting themselves, main metal support that holds roof up is completely rusted out, surprisingly it has not falling and hurt or killed someone. 'The door had massive stains on the outside and the curtains had what looked like blood or rust tains that you could see from outside the room looking in. There were personal belongings sticking out from the bed and chair from the previous guest and there was dirt and mildew around the tub and toilet. 'Current guests were cooking on electric skillets on the sidewalk, bathroom was ancient, a A/C fan had a terrible high pitch scream. We forfeited our prepayment and left before we unloaded our bags. Horrible place. No idea how this rated a 7+ rating on Expedia'

'This was the nastiest motel I have ever stayed in! Towels and sheets were all stained and smelled awful. The bedspread had blood or something right in the center of the bed. There weren’t even any trash cans in the room.'

'I was passing through, arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning. This motel was good for that purpose. It's clean and well cared for, but it's an old motel used for 1 night stays while people are on the road passing through town. It was good for that and exactly what I expected. I'd recommend it if you want a clean motel for a fair price.'
