Kamer wordt wel maar om de twee dagen schoongemaakt, wat wil zeggen dat je ook maar om de twee dagen koffie of thee hebt, want er was maar net genoeg voor een dag per persoon. Veilig systeem voor de lift: je kan alleen met je keycard de lift naar boven doen gaan. Valet parking is erg duur, je kan veilig parkeren onder het bankgebouw aan de overkant, maar dat is toch duurder dan de prijs die het hotelpersoneel opgaf. '

'Stylish hotel, friendly staff (but highly automated check-in and out process) and decent size rooms. Location is perfect. Just outside the “old town” (where many homeless people live) and close to good food, shopping and cinema. Next door is Water Avenue Coffee (which is great). Rooms are pretty basic but comfortable.'

'My stay was okay, nothing terrible, but nothing great either. The room was basic. In the bathroom, there was only a single bar of soap. It would have been much better if they provided basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner.'

'During our two-night stay on Friday and Saturday, our room did not have hot water for the shower. On Saturday morning, we gave the benefit of the doubt and assumed the issue may have been due to high usage at that time. However, on Sunday morning at approximately 7:30 a.m., there was still no hot water, even though we were checking out that day. At 7:30 a.m., I informed the front desk associate, and she stated that she would send maintenance to inspect the issue while we were at breakfast....
