'Beautiful little cottage with a welcoming feel. I didn’t plan on using the hot tub but within the first two hours, my wife and kids were already in it. So I can say it was a nice touch. Great size lot with plenty of room for any activities. Use the grill to make some delicious fajitas. Location is right outside of town which makes it super convenient. My favorite part was probably the chicken theme. A plus is all the appliances works as they should. Also great water pressure with hot and cold.'

'Great clean property with all the amenities - they even had a charging station which was very handy!Our young family enjoyed the stay and my 6yr old daughter already wants to go back to ‘our’ house.The porch is very pleasant with plenty of outdoor furniture. The house is nestled in a neighbourhood tucked in from the main road. All nearby towns of Wimberley, Blanco, Fredericksburg are easily reachable. Highly recommend the property!'

'Our family of multiple generations aging from 3 to 78 had a wonderful time. Excellent communication by the owners. The house was very clean and a great location. All the amenities you would need in the kitchen as well. Tons of tubes, kayaks, floats etc. We enjoyed using the outdoor bbq pit as well. 'Great location in New Braunfels, right on the Guadalupe River and minutes from Gruene. The house was perfect for all my family which included 9 adults & 7 children. Except for the bunkroom, the bedrooms were all very roomy with their own bathrooms. That was a huge plus! And the bunkroom was what it is meant to be, and room for the kids to call their own!
